One of the most important factors that go with planning a wedding is
determining who you will be delegating specific duties to. For example, if you are terrible at choosing flowers, who will you assign to do it for you?
It is always best to try to give different duties to others so that you will not be overwhelmed by them yourself. Let’s take a look at some of the various duties that you can hand out:
· Catering: Who do you believe would be the best person to handle all of the arrangements for the food and drink at your wedding?
· Invitations and seating arrangements: This person will be addressing and mailing out invitations and making sure that people are seated in a fashion that will ensure everyone’s mutual comfort and enjoyment
· Decorations for wedding and reception includes center pieces
· Rehearsal dinners etc.
· DJ/Entertainment
· Brides maid and groomsmen gifts and favors
· Gowns, and tuxedos
· Bridal showers/bachelor parties etc.All of these things are usual must haves when it comes to a wedding, unless of course, you opt not to have bridesmaids or groomsmen in the wedding. All of these things can be murder to try to do on your own as well.
That is why you have to get in touch with people who are capable of taking over some of the menial jobs for you. All of these things seem small at first, but they can quickly add up to quite a bit of money when they are all combined together. Let’s take a look at who will do what…
It’s all in The Exclusive Wedding Guide>>>>

If you are planning a wedding….then treat it like a wedding. Do your homework, prepare and come to the realization that it will not be cheap!!!! Cheap is a block party with your home stereo speaker out the window and Uncle Bob cooking burgers on the grill. Cheap is having your sister take pictures while she is trying to calm her 2 year old.
If you want a classy, unique, memorable wedding….don’t treat it like a block party.
If you can’t afford it…postpone it.

I meet with way too many brides whose fiance is very indifferent about the whole planning process.
Usually the first consultation is with the bride…no groom. This is not healthy for several reasons:
1. The bride meets and makes a decision based on the professionalism, experience and services provided.
Once the groom hears how “expensive” these vendors are, he usually brow beats the bride and vehemently opposes anyone that “charges that much”. Had he met with these professionals, he would understand that you get what you pay for.
But he, of course knows more about the wedding industry than the wedding vendors and unfortunatley most brides loose their spines and submit to their future husbands. What a shame.
Don’t let this happen to you. Be armed and in control with this 98 page guide full of more information than even your knowledgable future husband knows. Just click the button on the right >>>>>>>

WOW! Talk about lightening your load!! This doesn’t even include some of the “Above & Beyond” jobs your wedding party can do for you two!

Here is what you need to do in the first week:
A. Contact and set up meetings with the vendors you are
interested in.
B. Once you have collected all of the info you need from vendors
via emails and mail, close your email address and PO Box
because it will become very apparent why this needs to be
done.
Information Constipation! (just be glad you didn’t use your personal email, address and phone number) I know of brides who had to change their cell numbers and email addresses.
C. All wedding vendors will receive a list of brides and grooms, which includes your phone number, address and email address, about a week after the fair. Guess what that means?….Hundreds of calls However, you won’t have to worry because you have followed these tips and tricks of the trade.I tell you these things from personal experience. I am a wedding vendor and I have seen the carnage!http://www.SoundProEntertainment.com
